Our pricing model is simple and we only accept a few clients at a time in order to deliver undivided attention and drive outstanding results. Additionally we only accept clients we feel are a fit for our program following our initial free consultation.

Program cost is $24,000 and breaks down as follows:

     $6,000 - 12 month Search Retainer (due at signing but reimbursable via practice loan at closing)

     $6,000 - Acquisition diligence and performance fee (due after closing and financeable via practice loan)

     $12,000 - Year One consulting engagement (due after closing and financeable via practice loan)

With the average owner making $50k-$100k (depending on specialtymore in each year of ownership with the right practice, we are confident you'll feel this is one of the best investments you've ever made. 

Our program is financeable through your practice acquisition loan (we'll help you with this step) and structured to reduce out of pocket expenses during the search phase.

01. Flexible Payments

If we don't purchase a practice within 12 months or you change your mind about ownership, you pay only your initial search retainer fee. 

02. Success-based Pricing

Beyond the primary goal of successful acquisition, we'll quantifiably help you save on expenses and improve revenue throughout our process. We'll walk you through each of these numbers.
